 TERMS OF USE

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND CLUB CORNERS CAR WASH
The Club Corners Car Wash Website (the “Website”) is operated by Club Corners Car Wash (“we,” “us,” “our”). Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use without modification.

• Annual Prepaid Plan
  A prepaid plan valid for 12 months that does not confer Membership benefits and does not auto-renew.
• Membership
  An ongoing, monthly subscription that automatically renews until canceled.
• Term
  The 12-month period for an Annual Prepaid Plan or the 30-day period for a Membership.
• Lapse
  Failure to pay or renew a Membership such that the account is inactive for more than 30 days.
   

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.

By enrolling in our Unlimited Wash Club “Membership,” you agree to these Terms.

• Informed Consent & Data Collection: Membership enrollment is a proactive process requiring the customer to manually provide a verified phone number, email address, and vehicle license plate. The provision of this unique personal data constitutes a digital signature and serves as conclusive evidence of the customer’s intent to enter into a recurring monthly subscription. Our staff cannot create a membership profile without this active customer participation.
• Membership fees are billed monthly in advance to the card on file and are strictly non-refundable once processed.
• Automatic Renewal: Memberships renew automatically each month. It is the sole responsibility of the member to manage their subscription. We do not provide retroactive refunds for "unused" months or for a customer's failure to cancel.

Important: Club Corners Car Wash reserves the right to adjust membership pricing, promotional rates, and plan terms at any time without prior notice, as permitted under applicable Georgia law.

Promotional pricing and limited-time offers may be extended to new or existing members at our discretion. These offers are not guaranteed and may expire or be discontinued at any time. Re-enrollment after a lapsed promotional plan may only be available at the then-current standard rate.

Retention offers may be provided to select members who consider canceling. These offers are intended to reduce the monthly rate temporarily for a maximum period of three (3) consecutive months. After the retention period ends, your membership will automatically return to the current standard rate unless otherwise stated in writing.

All membership rates are subject to change. Any pricing changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email, text, or billing notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

To cancel, provide written notice at least five (5) business days before your next billing date. 

• No Pro-Rata Refunds: Upon cancellation, the membership remains active until the end of the current paid term. No cash, credit, or pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the month.
   

• An Annual Pass is not a Membership and does not auto-renew.
• You may request one vehicle change during the 12-month term (see Section 6).
• No credits, refunds, or transfers are available under any circumstance, including sale or disposal of the vehicle.
   

• You may change the vehicle associated with your Annual Pass or Membership once per Term.
• To request an update, provide us with:
  1. Your current license plate number
  2. The new vehicle’s make, model, and license plate number

• Allow up to 24 hours for processing each change request.
   

Memberships and Annual Passes are valid only for standard passenger vehicles (cars, SUVs, small trucks) meeting our Facility’s size and safety guidelines. Vehicles with modifications that may cause damage may be denied.

We take pride in taking care of you, but we cannot be responsible for damage to or loss of the following:

• Antennas or windshield wipers
• Bug shields or sun visors
• Previously repaired items (including repaint)
• Loose chrome, moldings, or trim
• Vehicles 7+ years old with 100,000+ miles
• Running boards, spoilers, decorative lights
• Pre-existing damage
• Driver error or negligence
• Non-factory items (aftermarket rims, valve stems, custom paint, etc.)
• Items left in truck beds
• Bike, ladder, or luggage racks

• Service Refund Policy (The "Clean Car Guarantee"): Club Corners Car Wash operates a "Redo-Only" policy for all retail and membership services. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your wash, you must notify an attendant on-site and before leaving the premises. We will immediately provide a complimentary re-wash or a service to resolve the issue.
• Finality of Sale: Once a vehicle has entered the wash tunnel, the service is considered rendered. No refunds will be issued for "dissatisfaction" if the customer declines the offered redo, or for issues caused by weather, pre-existing vehicle conditions, or driver error.
• Dispute Resolution: By using our services, you agree to resolve all quality or billing concerns directly with our management. Unauthorized or bad-faith credit card chargebacks—specifically those claiming "service not received" when CCTV or license plate logs prove otherwise—will result in the permanent termination of membership and may be reported to credit agencies.
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Important: Any damage or incident claim must be reported on-site before the vehicle leaves the premises. Claims made after exiting the property will not be accepted.

Additionally, customers must remain in the vehicle and follow all posted safety instructions while inside the tunnel. Driving out of the tunnel while the system is not operating, or before completion of the wash cycle, is considered driver error and will void any damage claim.

By using our facility, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Statement. By using the Website, you consent to our collection and use of information.

We provide links to other sites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage or impair the site. Any submissions (feedback, suggestions) are granted to us royalty-free for use in our business.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising out of your misuse of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia, for any dispute.

• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any Facility-posted rules, constitute the entire agreement.
