GENERAL

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Fulton County, Georgia, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Club Corners Car Wash Website.

NOTICES AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement under United States copyright law should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent. ALL INQUIRIES NOT RELEVANT TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL RECEIVE NO RESPONSE.

Membership Enrollment

By enrolling in the Club Corners Car Wash Unlimited Wash Club Membership (hereinafter referred to as the "Membership"), the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Member") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Membership allows the Member to receive unlimited car washes at Club Corners Car Wash in Johns Creek (hereinafter referred to as the "Facility") during the subscription period, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Membership Fees and Billing

The Member agrees to pay the applicable monthly membership fee in advance and hereby authorizes Club Corners Car Wash to charge their credit or debit card on file on a monthly basis. Membership fees are non-refundable, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions.

Automatic Renewal

The Membership shall automatically renew each month unless the Member cancels their Membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

The Member may cancel their Membership at any time by providing written notice to Club Corners Car Wash at least five (5) business days prior to their next billing date. The Member shall not be entitled to any refund of membership fees upon cancellation.

Membership Suspension or Termination

Club Corners Car Wash reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Membership for any reason, including but not limited to: non-payment of membership fees, misuse of the Membership, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any conduct that, in Club Corners Car Wash's sole discretion, is detrimental to the operation of the Facility. In such cases, the Member shall not be entitled to any refund of membership fees.

Vehicle Requirements

The Membership is valid only for standard passenger vehicles (cars, SUVs, and small trucks) that meet the Facility's safety and size requirements. Vehicles with modifications, including but not limited to, excessively lowered suspension, oversized tires, or any other alteration that may cause damage to the vehicle or Facility, may be denied service.

Limitation of Liability

Club Corners Car Wash shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of the Facility or the Membership, or for any damage to a Member's vehicle, including but not limited to, scratches, dents, or damage caused by equipment malfunction.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Club Corners Car Wash reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice to the Member. The Member's continued use of the Membership after any modification shall constitute acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any additional rules or policies posted at the Facility, constitute the entire agreement between Club Corners Car Wash and the Member with respect to the Membership, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral, with respect to the Membership.
